Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

By using Draftsnake you agree to these terms. We'll keep them brief.

What Draftsnake is

Draftsnake provides fantasy-football analysis, projections, and recommendations. These are informational estimates to help you decide — not guarantees of any outcome. You make your own roster decisions: Draftsnake recommends, and you make your moves in your own league app. If you install our browser extension, it carries out only the moves you choose in Draftsnake.

No warranties

Draftsnake is provided “as is,” without warranties. Features may change, break, or be unavailable. We're not liable for losses arising from use of the product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, scrape at scale, resell, or disrupt it, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for misuse.

Third-party data & platforms

Draftsnake reads league data from the fantasy platforms you connect. For Sleeper, that's public league data, read with the username or league ID you enter. For ESPN, we read your private league only if you connect ESPN through our browser extension, which passes your ESPN session cookies (espn_s2 and SWID) to our server; we store them with your account and use them only to read the ESPN leagues you're in (see Privacy). We never ask for your platform password. Draftsnake also incorporates third-party data sources. Those services have their own terms; we're not responsible for their content or availability.

Payment & cancellation

Draftsnake sells a paid season pass covering the live draft cockpit and the in-season tools for your leagues (Command Center, My Team, waivers, trades, scouting, and phone alerts). Free with no account: the demo draft, the start/sit comparer, and the FAAB bid calculator. Free with an account, no plan needed: Market and Trenches. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal.
